Orders

Orders are shipped within (3) business days. If a custom jewelry piece is expected to take longer you will receive an email outlining the time-frame for completion and requesting a response to confirm.​

If you have a question about an item please email us before ordering.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail with tracking number. If you have a different preference for shipping please contact us prior to ordering to see if we are able to accommodate your request. Special requests may incur additional shipping fees.

Shipping within the USA usually arrives within 3-5 days.

Gift Shipping

We are always happy to prepare gift orders!​

If your order is a gift, please select the correct shipping address & name during checkout. Please also let us know this is a gift in the order notes when you check out.  If you would like us to include a small note with your gift, please also include this message in the order notes.

We will ensure that there are no price tags or invoices sent with the gift.

 

Returns

We have a strict NO RETURN policy on Live opening of oysters. No REFUNDS on Live oyster openings, games or bags! If you are unhappy with any jewelry piece for any reason please contact us, return the item, and we will fully refund the price of the item. We do NOT refund the price for shipping.
