Cooking Rich Decadent Brownie Pie with Mama Pearl. This rich chocolate dessert is a favorite, that you’re sure to love.

Rich Decadent Brownie Pie
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Milk
- 2 cups Chopped Walnuts
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 8 Squares(1 ounce each) Semisweet Chocolate Chopped
- Caramel
- Whip cream
- Anything you want

Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 325 degrees. Grease 10 inch Spring pan.
- In a Mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Add corn syrup; mix well.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl combine the flour, cocoa, and salt.
- Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
- Gently stir walnuts.
- Spread into prepared spring form pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- Cool on a Wire Rack.
- In a sauce pan, bring cream to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in chocolate until melted.
- Cool completely.
- Remove sides of spring form pan from brownie.
- Place a wire rack over waxed paper.
- Set brownie on rack.
- Pour Ganache over brownie.
- Spread the Ganache over the top and let it drip down the sides.
- Let Stand until set.
- Cut into wedges;
- Garnish with desired toppings.
