Cream Cheese Tunnel Cake {Cooking with Mama Pearl}

Ingredients

  • 1- 10inch angel food cake
  • 1- 6oz Cream Cheese
  • 1- 14oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 2 to 4 drops Green Food Coloring
  • 1- 12oz Coo Whip Divided- 1 Cup for filling the rest for outside

Instructions

  1. Cut 1 Inch off top angel food cake, cut inside out save for later
  2. Beat Cream Cheese until fluffy- beat in condensed milk until smooth. Stir in lemon juice, almond extract, food coloring, add cake pieces fold in 1 cup cool whip.
  3. Fill cake- put top back on and chill for 3 hours.
  4. Frost with remaining whipped topping; garnish.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
