Cooking Aldomigas with Mama Pearl

Ingredients

    Meatballs
  • 1 Pound or ½ Kilo ground pork
  • 1 Red Onion Chopped Fine
  • 2 Green Onion Chopped Fine
  • 1 Cube of Chicken Bouillon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 8 Tablespoons of Flour
  • Soup
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 2 Green Onion for Soup
  • 4 Small Tomatoes or 2 Large Tomatoes
  • 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
  • Tablespoon of salt (for taste)
  • Misca-Chinese noodle-2 Small Bags, Break In half
  • 1 tsp of MSG
  • Tablespoon of Pepper (or as much as you like)
  • 1 Cube Chicken broth

Instructions

    Meatballs
  1. Mix into the meatballs. Use your hands.
  2. Place on line up pan with scoop spoon.
  3. Hold until soup is ready!
  4. Soup
  5. Saute onions, tomatoes, garlic in a pot with the lid. Mash the tomatoes as you go.
  6. Add Water 2-4 cups (we used 4)
  7. Add Chicken Cube, Pepper, MSG, and Patis
  8. Drop the meatballs into the boiling soup. DO NOT STIR
  9. When the meatballs float to the top it is cooked. Now you can let it simmer.
  10. Add the Misca (noodles) and chopped green onion
  11. Let cook for One minute. (Noodles cook quickly)
  12. Serve with rice. And enjoy!
