Cooking Aldomigas with Mama Pearl

Aldomigas
Ingredients
- 1 Pound or ½ Kilo ground pork
- 1 Red Onion Chopped Fine
- 2 Green Onion Chopped Fine
- 1 Cube of Chicken Bouillon
- 2 Eggs
- 8 Tablespoons of Flour
- 2 Onions chopped
- 2 Green Onion for Soup
- 4 Small Tomatoes or 2 Large Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic Cloves Chopped
- Tablespoon of salt (for taste)
- Misca-Chinese noodle-2 Small Bags, Break In half
- 1 tsp of MSG
- Tablespoon of Pepper (or as much as you like)
- 1 Cube Chicken broth

Instructions
- Mix into the meatballs. Use your hands.
- Place on line up pan with scoop spoon.
- Hold until soup is ready!
- Saute onions, tomatoes, garlic in a pot with the lid. Mash the tomatoes as you go.
- Add Water 2-4 cups (we used 4)
- Add Chicken Cube, Pepper, MSG, and Patis
- Drop the meatballs into the boiling soup. DO NOT STIR
- When the meatballs float to the top it is cooked. Now you can let it simmer.
- Add the Misca (noodles) and chopped green onion
- Let cook for One minute. (Noodles cook quickly)
- Serve with rice. And enjoy!
