Orange Bundt Cake with Orange Glaze
Ingredients
- Cake!
- 1 ¼ Cup Flour
- 2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- ½ Cup Softened Butter
- ¾ Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/3 Cup Orange Juice
- Glaze!
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Fresh Orange Juice
Instructions
- Cake!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour Bundt pan. You can use cooking spray with flour, or cooking spray and flour.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
- Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine well both bowls.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven, wait 10 minutes, then turn onto plate.
- Glaze while still warm.
- Glaze!
- In a sauce pan boil until the sugar is dissolved.
- Pick the top of orange cake with a fork, pour orange syrup over top of warm cake.
- Set aside for 30 minutes.
